A lot changes in our digital business - that's why we're always learning. At dc Academy, we offer live trainings, bootcamps, and workshops. Many of the sessions are also available as recordings on our digital learning platform. On top of that, you regularly get the chance to attend external conferences and industry events that help you level up.

Salary should be fair - not based on gender or on who negotiates the loudest. That's why we use a transparent compensation model based on experience level and job area. So you always know where you stand, what's possible, and that equal performance is evaluated fairly.
