Regular learning opportunities

A lot changes in our digital business - that is why we keep learning all the time. At the dc Academy, we offer live training sessions, bootcamps, and workshops. Many topics are also available as recordings on our digital learning platform. On top of that, you regularly get the chance to attend external conferences and industry events that help you grow.

Salary should be fair - not based on gender or on who negotiates the loudest. That is why we use a transparent salary model based on experience level and job area. So you always know where you stand, what is possible, and that equal performance is evaluated fairly.
