A current resume is totally enough to get started. We’d much rather see what makes you stand out - for example through work samples, projects, or a short intro about yourself.

What does your application process look like?

First, we get to know each other in a relaxed digital intro. In a Teams meeting with HR and someone from the department, we’ll see if we’re a good fit professionally and personally. If that goes well, the next step is another meeting - usually in person at our office in Kulmbach.

What can I expect from the in-person meeting on site?

An honest look behind the scenes instead of the usual application theater. We’ll get to know each other better, introduce you to more teammates, and take a look around the office together. You’ll also get a small hands-on task from our day-to-day work. After that, we’ll talk about career paths and our transparent salary model.

How long does the in-person interview take?

Please plan for about 2 hours. That gives us enough time for a relaxed conversation - no stress.

Is there a dress code for the interview?

Come as you feel most comfortable!

We want to find out what excites, drives, and motivates you. Feel free to tell us what matters to you in a job - we’re looking for people who are a great fit for us and don’t need to pretend to be someone else.

Both are possible. We work from our office in Kulmbach and remotely from wherever you are.
