First, we get to know each other in a relaxed digital meeting. In a Teams call with HR and someone from the team, we check if we’re a match—professionally and personally. If it fits, there’s a second round—usually in person at our office in Kulmbach.
What can I expect at the on-site interview?
An honest look behind the scenes instead of a classic interview show. We’ll get to know each other better, introduce you to more team members, and take a tour of the office together. You’ll also get a small, hands-on task from our daily work. After that, we’ll talk about career paths and our transparent salary model.
How long does the on-site interview take?
Plan for about 2 hours. That gives us enough time for a relaxed conversation—no stress.
Is there a dress code for the interview?
