Pay should be fair - not based on gender or on who negotiates the hardest. That’s why we use a transparent compensation model at dc.
Flexible career levels
There’s no “up or out” here. You decide how fast and how far you want to climb your career ladder - as a specialist or in a leadership role, with a solid 30-hour week as a Regular or 40 hours full speed as a Senior.

Wild, right? We add a few extras on top of your salary. From company retirement plans and bike leasing to private smartphone use - and if you live farther away, we cover your travel and hotel costs for office days.
For office days, we reimburse travel costs at 0.25 euros per kilometer - for apprentices, we cover all travel costs to the office or vocational school above 200 euros. For team members who live more than 50 km from the office, we cover travel costs as well as hotel costs in Kulmbach.
With our company retirement plan, you can set aside money for the future every month in a tax-optimized way - directly from your salary. We even add an extra employer contribution and work with you to figure out what makes the most sense for you.
Want a new mountain bike, gravel bike, or city bike? With our bike leasing program, you can get the bike you want through the company, pay it off monthly with tax advantages, and we’ll include the insurance too.
We’ll regularly provide you with a new smartphone and a mobile data plan - and of course you can use it privately too. For you, that means a modern plan, up-to-date tech, and less phone-related hassle in everyday life.
