Salary should be fair – not based on gender or who negotiates the loudest. That’s why at dc, we use a transparent salary model.

There’s no “up or out” here. You decide how fast and how far you want to climb your career ladder – whether you’re into specialist roles or leadership, working a solid 30 hours as a Regular or going full throttle at 40 hours as a Senior.

Crazy but true: We add a few extras on top of your salary. From company pension plans and bike leasing to private smartphone use – and if you live further away, we’ll cover your travel and hotel costs for office days.
For office days, we reimburse travel costs at €0.25 per kilometer – for trainees from the very first kilometer, and for employees who live more than 50 km from the office. If you’re over 50 km away, we’ll also cover your full hotel costs.
With our company pension plan, you can save for later in a tax-optimized way every month – directly from your salary. We’ll even add a subsidy of up to [X Euro] on top and work with you to figure out what makes sense for you.
Want a new mountain bike, gravel bike, or city bike? With our bike leasing, you can get your dream bike through the company, pay it off monthly with tax benefits, and insurance is included.
