As a digital agency and consulting company, dc has been living the new-work lifestyle with innovative office spaces for years. Still, in 2024, we tore down and completely redesigned the upper floor of our Kulmbach office. Why? Because our team has grown to over 120 people – and the way we work has changed a lot 🙌🏻
For our crew, we reimagined the Kulmbach office with tons of highlights: hot desks, our own climbing wall, a gaming space, a huge LED screen, and a stylish bar area – all optimized for maximum flexibility, creativity, and teamwork ☕️🍸 💚
