Executive Board & Supervisory Board Update
At the turn of the year, there is an update to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of dc AG. With a seven-member Executive Board and a newly structured Supervisory Board, we are heading into the coming years - with clear responsibilities, close to operations, and as a strong team.
At the start of 2026, dc is making an update to its Executive Board and Supervisory Board. Since our conversion into an AG in 2021, we have intentionally relied on a clear structure with an Executive Board and Supervisory Board. At the same time, our approach remains unchanged: strong ownership across the team, flat hierarchies, and short decision paths.
Our team of around 120 people works very independently - but the formal overall responsibility lies with the Executive Board. Our Executive Board is intentionally set up a bit larger. This allows each area to be led independently while ensuring all board members stay closely involved in day-to-day operations.

A new Executive Board at the turn of the year
After 15 years, Christoph Werner is leaving dc and handing over his role as CFO to Michael Zettl, who in addition to Business Applications will also take on responsibility for Finance going forward. Christoph has played a key role in shaping the development of dc over many years - and for that, we want to say a big thank you.Our Executive Board currently consists of:

Update to the Supervisory Board
After several years as Chair, Andreas Puls is stepping down. Christina Völkl-Wolf will take over the chairmanship going forward. Dr. Christoph Senft is also newly joining the Supervisory Board.The Supervisory Board is now made up of:

- Sabine Heukrodt-Bauer - Attorney, expert in IT and commercial law
- Dr. Christoph Senft - Financial advisor, specialist in corporate development
