Executive Board & Supervisory Board Update
At the turn of the year, dc AG is introducing updates to its Executive Board and Supervisory Board. With a seven-member Executive Board and a newly structured Supervisory Board, we're heading into the years ahead with clearly defined responsibilities, close operational involvement, and a strong team.
As we kick off 2026, dc is introducing updates to its Executive Board and Supervisory Board. Since our transition to a stock corporation in 2021, we've intentionally relied on a clear structure with an Executive Board and Supervisory Board. At the same time, our approach remains unchanged: strong ownership across the team, flat hierarchies, and short decision-making paths.
Our team of around 120 people works very independently - but the formal overall responsibility lies with the Executive Board. Our Executive Board is intentionally set up a bit larger. That allows each area to be led independently while all board members stay closely connected to day-to-day operations.

A new Executive Board at the turn of the year
After 15 years, Christoph Werner is leaving dc and handing over his role as CFO to Michael Zettl, who will take on Finance in addition to Business Applications going forward. Christoph has played a key role in shaping the development of dc over many years - and for that, we want to say a big thank you.Our Executive Board currently consists of:

Update to the Supervisory Board
After several years as Chair, Andreas Puls is stepping down. Christina Völkl-Wolf will take over as the new Chair going forward. Dr. Christoph Senft is also joining the Supervisory Board as a new member.The Supervisory Board is now made up of:

- Sabine Heukrodt-Bauer - Attorney, expert in IT and business law
- Dr. Christoph Senft - Financial advisor, specialist in corporate development
