City Cycling 2025
The dc team is back in City Cycling in 2025 - with 27 riders, more than 3,900 km, and 640 kg of CO₂ avoided. And the best part: we’re still pedaling through July 19!
This year, the dc team is once again taking part in Kulmbach’s City Cycling campaign - a nationwide initiative by Klima-Bündnis where municipalities collect as many bike kilometers as possible to make a statement for climate action 🌍

Even with some remote team members and our rural office location, many colleagues consciously choose the bike over the car - whether for the commute or in their free time. City Cycling not only brings more movement into the workday, but also strengthens environmental awareness and team spirit 💚
We’re excited to see how many kilometers we can rack up together next year - one thing is already clear: every ride, no matter how short, and every bit of commitment counts and makes a real difference 💪🏼

- 28 colleagues actively joined in
- 4,900 kilometers have already been covered
- 336 rides were logged
- According to the app’s calculation, 803.6 kg of CO₂ were saved
- Ranked 14th in our municipality
