Inauguration of the dc Office – Our new home in Kulmbach

On March 18, 2025, we officially opened our redesigned dc workspace in Kulmbach together with over 100 guests! 🎉 Under the motto Welcome to the new home of digital success, we welcomed customers, partners, and representatives from politics and the press to experience our modernized office and innovative New Work concept.

Why a new workspace?

A modern workspace and our New Work approach have been in our DNA for years. As our way of working constantly evolves, it was time to bring a fresh vibe to our office. We created a concept that perfectly fits the way we work and our team of 100+ colleagues. Together with our team and various partners, we’ve brought even more flexibility, creativity, and teamwork to our Kulmbach location 💪🏼

Highlights: Fun extras like a climbing wall, Carrera racetrack, Lego wall, or a gaming zone with foosball & XBOX give our team plenty of ways to recharge.
Smart Office: We run our new office smart and energy-efficient: heating, lighting, and blinds are all automated. Our room booking system shows instantly which spaces are free, and with our smart desk system, you can check in at your workspace. The best part: the office plan at the entrance gives you a full overview.
Hybrid Work: Our meeting spaces are equipped for seamless remote meetings, and we can stream webinars, events, and meetings perfectly.
Sustainability: Our green beyond the logo sustainability concept is part of the office. We use natural materials like wood and have real plants throughout the space. Thanks to our smart office and switchable power outlets at every desk, we save energy. Our team helps too: we separate waste and all our snacks & drinks are organic and vegan.
Customers: We sip coffee from our customer Crazy Sheep, tea from Ronnefeldt, snack on ramen from Lucky Ramen, and our beer tap is from Brauerei Maisel. Our climbing wall is by Richter Spielgeräte & LIROS, and the Lego wall is from our customer VEDES.
