The new release of dynamic commerce, our proven and powerful webshop software, makes e-commerce even easier, more secure, and more modern for mid-sized companies. dynamic commerce turns Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central into a flexible omnichannel solution for b2b shops, b2c shops, marketplaces, and catalog websites. More than 250 mid-sized companies already rely successfully on dynamic commerce, including well-known brands such as JAKO, Lebkuchen-Schmidt, and Segafredo.


Last year, we already introduced AI features that automatically create product data and suggest attributes, categories, and SEO copy. We also equipped all channels with next-gen frontend templates. This year, we’re taking it even further!

  All next-gen templates for b2b, b2c, and product catalogs are now fully accessible (WCAG compliant). All templates are also available in German and English - ideal for fast international expansion.

  A new intermediate table ensures that orders no longer block the job queue, even if issues occur. Users can now manage and correct orders directly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with full flexibility - without interruptions.
• 🛡️ Web security powered by Cytres XDR+:
  With an integrated web application firewall (WAF) and regular vulnerability scans based on OWASP standards, our new module delivers comprehensive protection against cyberattacks. A must-have given growing requirements from NIS 2 and the Cyber Resilience Act.
• 💳 Online payment powered by collana pay:
  Together with our partner collana hive, we offer collana pay - a comprehensive integration of 60+ payment providers, right in checkout and fully integrated into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• 📊 Server-side tracking powered by Jentis:
  Together with Jentis, we enable privacy-compliant, high-performance server-side tracking - ideal for precise online marketing campaigns.

On the way to 100% MACH-ready 💪🏼

dynamic commerce is being continuously migrated to a modern MACH architecture. After the b2b channel became MACH-ready last year, the product catalog channel follows in 2025. Over the next 1-2 releases, all channels will then be fully migrated with their complete feature set. Our Business Central app supports both versions and enables a smooth, step-by-step transition.
