dc Diversity Day 2026
At Diversity Day 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mariusz Kฤdzierski. An afternoon full of inspiration, creative workshops, and valuable perspectives ๐
Open conversations, creative ideas, and a talk that resonated long after โ that was exactly what our Diversity Day was all about this year.
Our guest was Mariusz Kฤdzierski from Poland. The artist, photographer, and author was born without arms and spoke to us about his personal journey, challenges, and how to deal with setbacks. But most of all, it was about courage, perspectives, and how important it is to hold on to your dreams even in difficult circumstances.
With his open manner and his story, Mariusz gave many personal insights and repeatedly showed that limits are often much smaller than you might think.
For Diversity Day, we set up a dedicated workshop area where everyone could create collages together. Inspired by the impressions from the talk, creative works, new conversations, and many different viewpoints came together there ๐จ
We ended the evening together with pizza, drinks, and relaxed conversations ๐๐ฌ
At dc, diversity is not just a topic for a single day, but an important part of our company culture.
Our Diversity Officer Wiktoria Kleindienst is passionately committed to further strengthening diversity and inclusion at dc โ regardless of origin, age, gender, religion, or individual strengths. Because for us, people matter most.
Once again, Diversity Day showed how valuable openness, mutual understanding, and different perspectives are for a strong community ๐
