dc Diversity Day 2026
At Diversity Day 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mariusz Kędzierski to dc. An afternoon full of inspiration, creative workshops, and valuable perspectives 🌈
Open conversations, creative ideas, and a talk that stayed with us long after it ended - that was exactly what this year’s Diversity Day was all about.
Our guest was Mariusz Kędzierski from Poland. The artist, photographer, and author was born without arms and spoke with us about his personal journey, challenges, and how he deals with setbacks. But above all, it was about courage, perspective, and how important it is to hold on to your dreams even when circumstances are tough.
With his open, authentic way of sharing, Mariusz gave us many personal insights and kept showing that limits are often much smaller than we first imagine.
For Diversity Day, we created a dedicated workshop area where everyone could design collages together. Inspired by the talk, people created artwork, started new conversations, and brought together many different points of view 🎨
We wrapped up the evening with pizza, drinks, and relaxed conversations 🍕💬
At dc, diversity is not just something we focus on for one day - it is an important part of our company culture.
Our Diversity Officer, Wiktoria Kleindienst, is deeply committed to strengthening diversity and inclusion at dc - regardless of background, age, gender, religion, or individual strengths. Because at dc, people come first.
Diversity Day once again showed how valuable openness, mutual understanding, and different perspectives are for building a strong team culture 🌈
Would you like to learn more about diversity and inclusion at dc or exchange ideas about your own initiatives and activities?
