dc Diversity Day 2026
At Diversity Day 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mariusz Kędzierski. An afternoon full of inspiration, creative workshops, and fresh perspectives 🌈
Open conversations, creative ideas, and a talk that stuck with us – that’s what our Diversity Day was all about this year.
Our guest was Mariusz Kędzierski from Poland. The artist, photographer, and author was born without arms and shared his personal journey, challenges, and how he deals with setbacks. But most importantly, it was about courage, perspective, and why it matters to hold on to your dreams, no matter the circumstances.
With his openness and story, Mariusz gave us a lot of personal insights and kept showing us that limits are often much smaller than we think.
For Diversity Day, we set up a dedicated workshop area where everyone could create collages together. Inspired by Mariusz’s talk, creative pieces, new conversations, and a mix of perspectives came together 🎨
We wrapped up the evening with pizza, drinks, and relaxed conversations 🍕💬
At dc, diversity isn’t just a topic for one day – it’s a core part of our company culture.
Our Diversity Officer, Wiktoria Kleindienst, is passionate about making diversity and inclusion even stronger at dc – no matter your background, age, gender, religion, or individual strengths. Because for us, people always come first.
