We're celebrating diversity with colleagues, traditions, and dishes from all around the world.
dc is celebrating Diversity Day! We live and love diversity. That’s why our Diversity Officer Wika is especially passionate about driving inclusion and diversity at our company. Diversity means recognizing the variety of people and lifestyles of all kinds. Today is all about raising awareness for diversity in the workplace and breaking down biases.
Some of our colleagues treated us to delicious dishes from their home countries, taking us on a culinary world tour. We wrapped up the evening with a movie night, watching the documentary “Coded Bias” – a must-see on Netflix!
