dc signs the Diversity Charter
Diversity makes us stronger: We're committed to building an inclusive and diverse workplace. With this step, we're not just recognizing, supporting, and communicating diversity—we're making it an even bigger part of our everyday work.
Diversity and inclusion have always been at the heart of our company culture. Still, we believe there’s always room to grow and improve. By signing the Charter, we’re doubling down on our commitment to these values and showing that we’re serious about making an even bigger impact. The dc AG team has entrusted Wiktoria Kleindienst, our Board Member for Creation, with the important task of continuously driving and monitoring diversity and inclusion at our company.
Most importantly, it means we’re actively integrating the Charter’s principles into our company culture. We’ll run trainings and awareness campaigns to make sure everyone at dc understands what diversity and inclusion are all about.
We’re also taking real action to promote equal opportunity and fight discrimination in all its forms. That includes creating an inclusive work environment where everyone feels welcome and can reach their full potential. The Diversity Charter also commits us to regularly report on our progress in diversity and inclusion. That creates transparency and shows we’re serious about our promise.
All in all, signing the Diversity Charter is a big step for dc AG. We truly believe that diversity and inclusion make our company culture richer and help us achieve even better business results.
Our team is proud to be part of this initiative and excited for the journey ahead—toward a future where diversity matters even more at dc AG!
Diversity Charter – What is it?
The Diversity Charter is an initiative launched in Germany in 2006. Its goal is to encourage companies and organizations to actively promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The Charter is based on four core principles:- Recognize diversity: Companies should recognize and value the diversity of their teams. Every person brings unique skills, experiences, and perspectives.
- Promote diversity: Companies should take action to actively foster diversity and prevent discrimination. This includes equal opportunities and creating an inclusive work environment.
- Live diversity: Diversity shouldn’t just be a buzzword—it needs to be part of company culture and processes. That means integrating diversity into company values and goals.
- Make diversity visible: Companies should communicate their diversity efforts transparently and publicly commit to them. This sets a positive example for others.
