Annual Kickoff 2024

We kicked off the new year 2024 with real momentum: at our annual kickoff, which took place on 08.01.2024, more than 80 colleagues came together in person, while the rest of the team joined virtually. It was the perfect moment to look back on the past year and ahead to the year to come.

Looking back: Proud of our wins

2023 was a year of strong growth for us. We expanded the team to more than 110 employees and delivered many successful projects. Despite the challenges in the e-commerce market in Germany, we were able to help our customers achieve remarkable growth. On top of that, we developed innovative service models and teams for our existing customers. We put together the ten best projects of 2022 in one video. Strategies and goals for 2024

We have a lot planned for 2024:

• Optimizing our processes: By expanding our process management, we want to keep the quality of our projects consistently high. 
• Focus on Artificial Intelligence: After already actively using AI in 2023, we are planning mastermind sessions and hackathons this year to integrate AI even more deeply into our software and make our day-to-day work more efficient.
• Internal changes: We are planning an upgrade for our office in Kulmbach. Stay tuned for more info!
• Updates to our software solutions: We will present these at dc:connect. You can find more information about our user day here. 
• Events: You can already find all key dates for our training courses and events on our website. 

After presenting our strategies and goals, we raised a glass together to a successful 2024 with sparkling wine and delicious snacks. We are excited for everything the new year has in store - whether that means new colleagues, exciting changes, or working with our customers on new and existing projects!
