Annual Kickoff 2024

We kicked off 2024 with energy: At our Annual Kickoff on 08.01.2024, over 80 team members joined in person, while the rest of the crew tuned in virtually. It was the perfect moment to reflect on the past year and get excited for what’s next.

Looking Back: Proud of Our Wins

2023 was a year of strong growth for us. We grew our team to over 110 people and delivered many successful projects. Despite the challenges in the German e-commerce market, we helped our clients achieve impressive growth. We also launched innovative service models and dedicated teams for our existing customers. Strategies & Goals for 2024

We’ve set some big goals for 2024:

• Process optimization: By expanding our process management, we’ll keep our project quality high.
• AI focus: After already using AI in 2023, we’re planning mastermind sessions and hackathons this year to integrate AI even deeper into our software and make our daily work more efficient.
• Internal upgrades: We’re planning an office upgrade in Kulmbach. Stay tuned for more info!
