15 Years of dc AG - Anniversary & Look Back

Under the motto „15 years dc. Make it more.“ we’re looking back on 15 years of experience - and ahead to more years.

But „Make it more“ stands for even more, for example:

Make it more innovation - because we continuously adapt our solutions and services to new technologies and trends
Make it more projects - because we want to help even more customers succeed digitally
Make it more people - because we want to keep growing and achieve even more with new talent

We got our start in 2010 with three employees as dynamic commerce GmbH. In 2021, we rebranded as dc AG - a logical step in our evolution from product company to digital agency. Today, our team includes more than 120 consultants, developers, designers, and marketing specialists.

What started with one idea and one customer is now a strong network of more than 250 customers and over 30 partners. Since day one, we’ve grown organically by 10 to 20 percent every year. For that trajectory, the Financial Times recognized us as one of „Europe’s Long-Term Growth Champions 2026“ - a list of the companies with the strongest growth in Europe over the past ten years.

We started out as a software company and grew into a digital consultancy and digital agency. Today, consulting, marketing, design, and development work hand in hand. We’re excited about the trends of the next few years and are already investing in AI features, new technologies, and fresh ideas to make our customers even more successful.

An anniversary like this deserves to be celebrated. Together with our team, we looked back on 15 years at our anniversary event in Kulmbach and got aligned around the next five years with our Agenda 2030. After that, we headed to Europa-Park Rust for a two-day company trip - with roller coasters, an overnight stay, and lots of team spirit 💚
