Under the motto 15 years dc. Make it more. we’re looking back at 15 years of experience – and forward to more years to come.

But Make it more means even more, for example:

• Make it more innovation – because we’re always adapting our solutions and services to new technologies and trends
• Make it more projects – because we want to help even more customers succeed digitally
• Make it more people – because we’re growing and want to achieve even more with new talent

 

We started in 2010 with just three team members as dynamic commerce GmbH. In 2021, we became dc AG – a logical step in our evolution from product manufacturer to digital agency. Today, our team includes over 120 consultants, developers, designers, and marketing specialists.

What began with an idea and one customer is now a strong network of over 250 customers and more than 30 partners. Since our founding, we’ve grown organically by 10 to 20 percent every year. For this trajectory, the Financial Times named us one of “Europe’s Long-Term Growth Champions 2026” – a list of the fastest-growing companies in Europe over the past ten years.

Growth was never our only goal. Over the next five years, we want to stay independent and keep building on our values:

We started as a software company and evolved into a digital consultancy and agency. Today, consulting, marketing, design, and development work hand in hand. We’re excited for the trends ahead and are already leveraging AI features, new tech, and fresh ideas to help our customers succeed even more.

Make it more Party

An anniversary like this deserves to be celebrated. Together with our team, we looked back on 15 years at our anniversary event in Kulmbach and set the tone for the next five years with our Agenda 2030. Afterwards, we took off for a two-day company trip to Europa-Park Rust – with roller coasters, overnight stays, and tons of team spirit 💚
