harmon.ie - Email management for Outlook & Microsoft 365

harmon.ie connects Outlook seamlessly with Microsoft 365. Instead of switching between inbox, browser and SharePoint, users work in a familiar interface - directly in Outlook or in a dedicated Windows desktop app with the look and feel of a familiar file explorer.

Emails and attachments can be saved to SharePoint, Teams or OneDrive via drag and drop or automatically when sending. Intelligent classification transfers header data (To, From, Subject) into SharePoint metadata and actively prompts for any missing details - so important information stays easy to find, traceable and audit-proof.

This noticeably increases user adoption of SharePoint. All data remains within Microsoft 365 at all times.
