dc Canoe Tour 2026
For this year’s company outing, we went canoeing through Franconian Switzerland. We wrapped up the day together with a relaxed BBQ.
This year, our company outing took us right into the heart of Franconian Switzerland. Instead of desks, Teams calls, and to-do lists, it was time for the dc team to grab a paddle, hop into a canoe, and explore the Wiesent together.
Once we arrived, the team split into two different tours: while the roughly 1.5-hour tour was a more relaxed trip along the Wiesent followed by a walk through nature, participants on the “wild” tour spent around 4.5 hours in the canoe. 🚣♀️💦
It definitely called for teamwork and good coordination. Of course, there was still plenty of time along the way to enjoy the scenery of Franconian Switzerland. After several kilometers on the water, everyone came back together again. At the Wiesent-Garten, we rounded off our company outing with a relaxed BBQ. 🍔🥗
A really great day full of nature, activity, team spirit, and lots of fun - and for some colleagues, probably a bit of sore muscles the next morning too.
