Your skills
We're looking for apprentices in e-commerce management - in our team, you'll learn how online stores are built and discover what it takes to become the central touchpoint for our customers. In the Customer Care team, you'll become the first point of contact for our customers and support the digital projects of our existing clients. You'll join regular calls, learn project management from day one, and work on real client projects.
On top of that, our apprentices manage the dc brand shop. This gives you the chance to put what you've learned straight into practice and bring your own ideas into a cool project. Alongside the official training content, we prepare you for the job with hands-on, specialized training sessions.
Vocational school takes place in Lichtenfels, while you'll gain practical experience directly in our teams.
