Annual Kickoff 2024

We started the new year 2024 with great momentum: At our annual kickoff, which took place on 08.01.2024, over 80 colleagues met in person while the rest of the team joined virtually. It was the perfect moment to look back on the past year and take a look at the year ahead.

Review: Proud of our achievements

2023 was a year of strong growth for us. We expanded the team to over 110 employees and realized many successful projects. Despite the challenges in the e-commerce market in Germany, we were able to help our clients achieve remarkable growth. In addition, we developed innovative service models and teams for our existing clients. We summarized the ten most beautiful projects of 2022 in a video. Strategies and goals for 2024

We have set ourselves ambitious goals for 2024:

• Optimization of our processes: By expanding our process management, we want to continue to maintain the quality of our projects.
• Focus on Artificial Intelligence: After already actively using AI in 2023, this year we are planning mastermind sessions and hackathons to integrate AI even more into our software and make our daily work more efficient.
• Internal changes: We are planning an upgrade of our office in Kulmbach. Stay tuned for more info!

After presenting our strategies and goals, we toasted to a successful 2024 together with sparkling wine and delicious snacks. We are looking forward to everything the new year has in store - whether it's new colleagues, exciting changes, or working with our clients on new and existing projects!
