Which documents should I submit for my application?

A current CV is enough for now. Show us what makes you unique – for example, with work samples, projects, or a short text about yourself.

Absolutely first name. At dc, we use first names from the first contact. So feel free to address us informally right away.

What does the application process look like with you?

First, we get to know each other informally online. In a Teams meeting with HR and someone from the department, we see if we’re a match both professionally and personally. If it fits, there’s another introduction – usually in person at our office in Kulmbach.

What can I expect at the personal introduction on site?

An honest insight instead of a classic interview performance. We get to know each other better, introduce you to more team members, and take a look at the office together. You’ll also get a small practical task from our daily work. Afterwards, we’ll talk about career paths and our transparent salary model.

How long does the personal interview take?

Please allow about 2 hours. That way we have enough time for a relaxed introduction – without stress.

Is there a dress code for the interview?

Come as you feel comfortable!

What is especially important to you in interviews?

We want to find out what excites, drives, and motivates you. Feel free to tell us what’s important to you in a job – we’re looking for people who fit in and don’t have to pretend.

Both are possible. We work from our office in Kulmbach as well as remotely from anywhere.
