dc celebrates Diversity Day 2024

dc celebrates Diversity Day! We live and love diversity. That’s why it’s especially important to our Diversity Officer Wika to advocate for diversity and inclusion in our company. Diversity means recognizing the variety of people and ways of life of all kinds. On this day, the goal is to raise awareness for diversity in the workplace and to break down prejudices.

Some colleagues treated us to delicious dishes from their home countries, taking us on a culinary world tour. We ended the evening with a movie night, watching the documentary "Coded Bias" – a highly recommended Netflix documentary!
