On May 27th it was International Diversity Day – and at dc, we celebrated this special day once again with a lot of heart, creativity, and team spirit. For us, diversity is not a buzzword, but a lived corporate culture.

Quiz, Art & Cinema – a varied day of activities

Our Diversity Day program in 2025 was once again impressive:

• 👑 Diversity Quiz: In an interactive knowledge duel, we puzzled, laughed, and competed for the title of “dc Diversity Queen/King” – with lots of humor, new insights, and a healthy dose of ambition.
• 🎨 The Art of Diversity: In our creative session, we designed a piece of art together – every team member contributed a part, resulting in a unique overall picture of diversity at dc.
• 🎞️ Movie night with "Hidden Figures": To end the day, we enjoyed popcorn, snacks, and the exciting film “Hidden Figures” – the inspiring story of three Black female scientists at NASA.
