Update Executive Board & Supervisory Board
At the turn of the year, there is an update to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of dc AG. With a seven-member Executive Board and a newly formed Supervisory Board, we are heading into the coming years – with clear responsibilities, close operational involvement, and as a strong team.
At the start of 2026, there is an update to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board at dc. Since our transformation into an AG in 2021, we have deliberately relied on a clear structure with an Executive Board and Supervisory Board. At the same time, our approach remains unchanged: a lot of responsibility within the team, flat hierarchies, and short decision paths.
Our team of around 120 people works very independently – but the formal overall responsibility lies with the Executive Board. Our Executive Board is intentionally somewhat larger. This allows the individual areas to be managed independently while all board members remain closely involved in day-to-day operations.

A new Executive Board for the new year
Christoph Werner is leaving dc after 15 years and is handing over his role as CFO to Michael Zettl, who will be responsible for Finance in addition to Business Applications in the future. Christoph has significantly shaped the development of dc over many years – for this we say thank you.Our current Executive Board consists of:

- Jörg Söllner – Head of Customer Success
- Michael Zettl – CFO, Head of Business Applications
- Marcus Hassa-Fritzsche – Head of E-Commerce
- Wiktoria Kleindienst – Head of Creation
- Marcel Fischer – Head of Marketing
Update in the Supervisory Board
Andreas Puls is stepping down as chair after several years. The chair will now be taken over by Christina Völkl-Wolf. Also new to the Supervisory Board is Dr. Christoph Senft.The Supervisory Board is now composed as follows:

- Sabine Heukrodt-Bauer – Lawyer, expert in IT and business law
- Dr. Christoph Senft – Financial advisor, specialist in corporate development
