Spartan Race in Kulmbach 2024
The dc team conquered the sprint course of the extreme obstacle run "Spartan Race".
From 14.06.2024 to 16.06.2024, the Spartan Race took place in Kulmbach for the third time. The extreme obstacle run can be completed in different lengths – from the 5+ km Sprint to the 20+ km Beast. Various obstacles awaited on the course: climbing, swinging, carrying weights, or throwing spears.
In glorious sunshine, the six-member dc team fought their way through the Sprint and gave it their all. After 5 km, 20 obstacles, the climb to Plassenburg, and a lot of sweat, our dc Spartans reached the finish line at the marketplace in Kulmbach. Here, the team celebrated with a joint leap over the finish fire.
With lots of teamwork, motivation, and power, the dc team completed the run in under 1.5 hours – an impressive achievement! Next year, some dc Spartans will surely be back again – AROO!
