Inauguration dc Office New home in Kulmbach

On March 18, 2025, together with more than 100 guests, we inaugurated our newly designed dc working environment in Kulmbach! 🎉 Under the motto Welcome to the new home of digital success, we presented our modernized office and our innovative New Work concept to clients, partners, and representatives from politics and the press.

Why a new working environment?

A modern working environment and our New Work approach have long been part of our DNA. With the constant development of our working methods, it was time to bring a fresh breeze into our office spaces. We developed a concept for our office that fits perfectly with our work and our team of over 100 colleagues. Together with our colleagues and various partners, we have brought even more flexibility, creativity, and teamwork into our everyday office life in Kulmbach 💪🏼

Highlights: Crazy highlights like a climbing wall, a Carrera track, a Lego wall, or a gaming area with foosball & XBOX offer our team time-outs in between.
Smart Office: We control our new office smartly and save energy: heating, lighting, and blinds. Through our room booking system, you can immediately see which rooms are available, and with our smart desk system, colleagues can check in at their workstation. The clue: you have an overview on the office plan at the entrance area.
Hybrid Work: Our meeting spaces are equipped with devices for optimal remote meetings, and we can perfectly stream webinars, events, and meetings.
Sustainability: We have also considered our sustainability concept green beyond the logo in our office. We use natural materials such as wood and have real plants in the office. Through our smart office and our toggle switches at the workplace, we can save energy. Our team also helps: We pay attention to consistent waste separation, and our snacks & drinks for the team are organic and vegan.
Clients: We drink coffee from our client Crazy Sheep, tea from Ronnefeldt, snack on ramen from Lucky Ramen, and our beer tap is from the brewery Maisel. Our climbing wall is from Richter Spielgeräte & LIROS, and the Lego wall from our client VEDES.
