dynamic commerce is our e-commerce solution for omnichannel based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This allows you to centrally manage b2c shops, b2b portals, and other sales channels from one system.

A new sales channel is emerging: selling via AI agents. dynamic commerce is prepared for standards like UCP as well as proprietary AI commerce platforms and can be used right at market launch. - Product feed for AI agents
Create special AI feeds for systems like OpenAI and other platforms. This way, your products become visible and correctly displayed in AI systems. - Virtual try-on for fashion
Products can be applied directly to your own photos using AI. Customers can try on clothes virtually and better evaluate products. - Update product customization
Additional options and add-ons can be configured even more flexibly and seamlessly transferred to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. - Update subscription management
Subscriptions can be managed much better with shipping costs, labeling, and advanced billing logic. - Automated tests
With our new framework, shop functions can be tested automatically – both standard functions and individual extensions. - Update complaint management
Complaints can be recorded including images and transferred directly to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. - Quote approvals in the b2b portal
Quotes can be requested directly in the shop. These are processed in the ERP and then made available for approval in the portal. - Framework orders in the b2b portal
Framework orders from the ERP are available in the shop and can be used flexibly for orders.
