dynamic commerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central become the unbeatable foundation for a modern omni-channel strategy. The latest release takes the delivery of powerful b2c webshops, b2b portals, and marketplaces directly from the ERP system to a new level.


Additionally, the update includes over 60 improvements in terms of security, stability, and performance, all aimed at making the software even more robust and efficient.


Highlights in the new release
- New Marketplace module
Thanks to a partnership with Channable, we can now control over 30 marketplaces such as Amazon, Kaufland, eBay, and Otto directly from Business Central. Product data is synchronized, orders are transferred directly into the ERP Microsoft 365 Business Central, and mapping is largely automated in the Channable back office. - New Product Data Feed module
Also through the partnership with Channable, we offer the possibility to provide product data as a feed, e.g. for Google Shopping, Meta Shopping, and price comparison engines. - Copilot for webshop product management
With support from OpenAI technology, dynamic commerce helps with the creation of new products. Based on the product name and image, categories are assigned, attributes maintained, and description texts as well as SEO titles generated. - PowerBI Dashboard
Via Microsoft PowerBI, detailed and interactive sales statistics, product performance analyses, access numbers, and many other KPIs based on webshop data are now available. - NextGen Template Website
Prepared setup for a complete company website, from company presentation to a blog and career section. - NextGen Template Product Catalog
A public catalog for presenting products, which can ideally be combined with a b2b portal and can also be used as a company website. - NextGen Template Field Sales Integration
A modern web portal for sales representatives to conveniently process customer orders and keep track of all customers and orders. - Webshop Campaigns Update
New options for managing webshop campaigns such as 2+1 promotions and Happy Hour offers. Campaign products can be marked with a badge at the click of a button. - Subscription Management Update
Subscriptions can now be managed more conveniently, displayed better in the webshop, and paused or canceled from the customer account.
