- Make it more people – because we want to keep growing and achieve even more with new talents
In 2010, we started as dynamic commerce GmbH with three employees. In 2021, we changed our name to dc AG – a logical step in our evolution from product manufacturer to digital agency. Today, our team consists of over 120 consultants, developers, designers, and marketing specialists.
What began with an idea and one customer is now a strong network of over 250 customers and more than 30 partners. Since our founding, we have grown organically by 10 to 20 percent every year. For this trajectory, we were recognized by the Financial Times as one of the „Europe’s Long-Term Growth Champions 2026“ – a list of companies that have grown the most in Europe over the past ten years.

Our growth was never an end in itself. In the next five years, we want to remain an independent company and further expand our values:

- Sustainability – with our concept green beyond the logo, we take responsibility for the environment and society

We started as a software manufacturer and have developed into a digital consultancy and digital agency. Today, consulting, marketing, design, and development work hand in hand. We look forward to the trends of the coming years and are already focusing on AI features, new technologies, and fresh ideas to make our customers even more successful.

An anniversary like this has to be celebrated. Together with our team, we looked back on 15 years at our anniversary event in Kulmbach and set the course for the next five years with our Agenda 2030. Afterwards, we went on a two-day company outing to Europa-Park Rust – with roller coasters, overnight stays, and lots of team spirit 💚
