As a digital agency and digital consultancy, we at dc have been embracing a modern new-work concept with innovative office spaces for quite a while.
 Still, in 2024 we tore down the top floor of our office in Kulmbach and completely redesigned it.
 Why? Because we’ve grown to more than 120 employees - and the way we work has changed a lot 🙌🏻
 For our team, we reimagined the Kulmbach office with plenty of highlights: from hot desks and our own climbing wall to a gaming space, a huge LED screen, and a stylish bar area - all optimized for maximum flexibility, creativity, and teamwork ☕️🍸 💚
