With a broad range covering decor, floristry, home ambiance, basics and seasonal themed collections, the company serves professional customers across the green industry. Today, Strecker runs its core business processes on one shared digital platform. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is the backbone for purchasing, sales, warehouse management, finance and branch operations. The setup is complemented by a closed b2b portal, a website with product catalog, and modern tools for collaboration across the company. - Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the central ERP system - Digitalization of POS systems across four locations - Scanner-based warehouse processes with mobile MDE devices - Implementation of website and b2b portal with dynamic content and dynamic commerce - Modern collaboration with Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint Product data, prices, inventory levels and orders are available across all locations on one shared data foundation. Customers can see their individual terms in the b2b portal, order products online, and choose between delivery or pickup at one of the locations. At the same time, inventory movements, documents and financial processes are managed centrally in Business Central. ### POS, warehouse and ERP connected The four locations, POS processes, inventory levels and the central warehouse are all managed centrally through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. ### Scanner-based warehouse logistics Goods receipts, put-away, stock transfers and picks are captured digitally with mobile scanners and synced directly with the ERP system.
