A new café has opened next to the dc office in Kulmbach. In collaboration with Büro-Organisation heiß GmbH, a modern spot for business lunch, breakfast, and coffee specialties has been created ☕️

If you're in Kulmbach looking for great coffee, a relaxed business lunch, or a quick midday break, there's good news. One Coffee, a modern café, has opened right next to our office on Von-Linde-Straße.

What makes it special: The café was launched together by dc AG and Büro-Organisation heiß GmbH. At One Coffee, you'll find healthy, varied daily lunch specials at a fair price. Katja cooks fresh every day - primarily for the tenants and guests of Philipp One. But Katja is just as happy to welcome external guests who want to stop by spontaneously for a coffee or the daily lunch.

Before your first meeting, on your lunch break, or for a relaxed conversation with clients - One Coffee has everything that makes a modern café great. Alongside high-quality coffee specialties, you'll find changing hot lunch dishes every day, fresh bagels, pasta, open-faced sandwiches, matcha drinks, homemade cakes, and refreshing lemonades.

 **What to expect:**
 ☕ Coffee specialties
 🍽️ Daily changing lunch menu
 🥯 Fresh bagels
 🍝 Pasta variations
 🥪 Open-faced sandwiches & snacks
 🍵 Matcha drinks
 🍰 Cake & sweet treats
 🥤 Refreshing lemonades

 📍 **Address:**
 Von-Linde-Straße 11
 95326 Kulmbach

 **🕖 Opening hours:**
Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 14:00

We're really excited about this great new addition right next to our office and wish Katja and the entire One Coffee team a successful start. Stop by and discover your new favorite café in Kulmbach! ☕🧡
