On 07.01.2025, we held our annual kickoff - looking back on 2024 and sharing exciting plans for the new year. Highlights: great events, innovative AI projects, and our anniversary! Find out what’s ahead for us in 2025.

On 07.01.2025, the time had come again: our annual kickoff brought the entire dc team together - in person in Kulmbach and virtually. Together, we celebrated the past year and shared our vision for 2025.
## Looking back: What a year 2024 was!

 We set new benchmarks and celebrated many successes together with our customers and partners: - **Business success**: 2024 was a milestone year for dc - our most successful year to date. We’re proud of the collaboration with our customers that made it possible.
- **Innovation highlights**: Our e-commerce projects and targeted use of AI technologies raised the bar and delivered forward-thinking solutions.
- **Team spirit first**: With events like our poetry slam and sustainable initiatives like Stadtradeln, we strengthened our team spirit and stood up together for the values that matter.

 One special highlight: with our webshop software dynamic commerce and our CMS dynamic content, we once again delivered numerous projects that thrilled our customers. ## Looking ahead: Our goals for 2025 🚀

 We’re heading into an exciting year with fresh ideas and new projects. Here’s what’s ahead: - Business Central update: Since 01.01., we’ve been live in the cloud! New tools like DYCE and Personio are making our processes even more efficient.
- dc Playbook: We’re taking our digital knowledge management to the next level - AI agents are set to support our team by mid-year.
- Office 2.0: The renovation in Kulmbach will be completed by March - get ready for some standout office highlights!
- AI offensive: From smarter customer analysis to innovative features - we’re staying ahead when it comes to Artificial Intelligence.
- 15 years of dc: We’re celebrating our anniversary with a major campaign and a company trip in October.

 After the presentation, we celebrated our successes with snacks and sparkling wine and used the opportunity to talk about the months ahead. We’re excited for a year full of innovation, team spirit, and change!
