Welcome to the new home of digital success! On March 18, 2025, we officially opened our newly redesigned dc workplace in Kulmbach.

On March 18, 2025, we celebrated the opening of our newly redesigned dc workplace in Kulmbach together with more than 100 guests! 🎉 Under the motto **Welcome to the new home of digital success**, we introduced customers, partners, and representatives from politics and the press to our modernized office and our innovative New Work concept. ## Why a new workplace?

 A modern workplace and our New Work approach have been part of our DNA for a long time. As the way we work has continuously evolved, it was time to bring some fresh energy into our office spaces. We created an office concept that fits our work perfectly and supports our team of more than 100 colleagues. Together with our colleagues and various partners, we brought even more flexibility, creativity, and teamwork into our day-to-day office life at our Kulmbach location 💪🏼 ## What we offer our team

- **Hot desks** instead of fixed workstations - everyone works where and when it
     suits them best, depending on mood and workflow
- **Fitness desks** with walking pads to keep moving throughout the day
- **Modern meeting spaces** with great video and audio tech, a feel-good atmosphere, team areas, and creative work setups
- **Phone boxes** as quiet retreats for long and confidential calls
- **Flexible event space** with an integrated LED screen and streaming capabilities
- **Self-service kitchen** for shared lunches or quick breaks
- **Bar** for daily coffee meetings, after-work cocktails, and freshly tapped end-of-day beer

## The dc office specials

- **Highlights**: Fun extras like a climbing wall, a Carrera track, a Lego wall, and a gaming area with foosball & XBOX give our team space to recharge in between.
- **Smart office**: We manage our new office smartly and save energy in the process - from heating and lighting to blinds. Our room booking system shows right away which rooms are available, and with our smart desk system, colleagues can check in at their workstation. The best part: the office map in the entrance area gives you the full overview.
- **Hybrid work**: Our meeting spaces are equipped with devices for great remote meetings, and we can stream webinars, events, and meetings seamlessly.
- **Sustainability**: We also integrated our sustainability concept green beyond the logo into the office. We use natural materials like wood and have real plants throughout the office. With our smart office setup and our tip switches at each workstation, we can save energy. Our team plays a big part too: we focus on consistent waste separation, and our team snacks & drinks are organic and vegan.
- **Customers**: We drink coffee from our customer Crazy Sheep, tea from Ronnefeldt, enjoy ramen from Lucky Ramen, and our beer tap system is from Brauerei Maisel. Our climbing wall is from Richter Spielgeräte & LIROS, and the Lego wall is from our customer VEDES.
