The latest release of our e-commerce software brings new e-commerce channels, advanced AI assistants, and a wide range of practical features.

dynamic commerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are becoming the unbeatable foundation for a modern omnichannel strategy. The latest release takes the delivery of powerful b2c webshops, b2b portals, and marketplaces directly from the ERP system to the next level.

## Highlights in the new release

- **New Marketplace module**
     Thanks to our partnership with Channable, we can now manage more than 30 marketplaces like Amazon, Kaufland, eBay, and Otto directly from Business Central. Item data is synced, orders are transferred directly into the Microsoft 365 Business Central ERP, and mapping is largely automated in the Channable back office.
- **New product feed module**
     Also through our partnership with Channable, we now offer the option to provide product data as a feed, for example for Google Shopping, Meta Shopping, and price comparison engines.
- **Copilot for webshop item management**
     Powered by OpenAI technology, dynamic commerce helps create new items. Based on the item name and item image, categories are assigned, attributes are maintained, and description texts as well as SEO titles are generated
- **PowerBI dashboard**
     Microsoft PowerBI now provides detailed and interactive revenue statistics, item performance analytics, traffic figures, and many more KPIs based on webshop data.
- **NextGen template website**
     Preconfigured setup for a complete company website - from company presentation to a blog and even a careers section.
- **NextGen template item catalog**
     A public catalog for showcasing items that works perfectly in combination with a b2b portal and can also be used as a company website.
- **NextGen template field sales integration**
     A modern web portal for sales reps to handle customer orders easily and keep track of all customers and orders.
- **Webshop campaigns update**
     New options for managing webshop campaigns such as 2+1 promotions and happy hour deals. Campaign items can be marked with a badge in just one click.
- **Subscription management update**
     Subscriptions can now be managed more easily, displayed better in the webshop, and paused or canceled directly from the customer account.

- Support for Google Consent Mode V2
- Display of balance and credit limit in the b2b portal
- Lazy loading of variants in the b2b portal
- More options in item statistics in the b2b portal
- New page for managing webshops & languages in BC
- Synchronization of default item image and attributes in BC
- Flexible transfer of BC fields via „Additional Data Fields“

 In addition, the update includes more than 60 improvements in security, stability, and performance - all designed to make the software even more robust and efficient.

## Always up to date with Continuous Upgrades

 With our Continuous Upgrades program, our customers receive the latest versions of dynamic commerce every six months. Since its introduction in 2023, our customers have stayed fully up to date and benefited from the latest features without long and expensive upgrade projects. Our goal: move as many customers as possible to Continuous Upgrades over the next few years.
