We celebrate diversity with colleagues, traditions and dishes from all over the world.

dc celebrates Diversity Day! We live and love diversity. That is why it is especially important to our Diversity Officer Wika to champion diversity and inclusion across our company. Diversity means recognizing the wide variety of people and ways of life in all their forms. This day is all about raising awareness of diversity in the workplace and breaking down prejudice.

 Some of our colleagues treated us to delicious dishes from their home countries and took us on a culinary journey around the world. We wrapped up the evening with a movie night together, where we watched the documentary „Coded Bias” - a Netflix documentary that is absolutely worth seeing!
