We are looking for future E-Commerce Specialists - in our team, you will learn how online stores are built and discover what it takes to become the central touchpoint for our customers. In the Customer Care team, you will become the first point of contact for our customers and support the digital projects of our existing clients. You will join regular calls, learn project management right from the start, and work on real client projects.

 On top of that, our apprentices also manage the dc Brandshop. This gives you the chance to put your knowledge directly into practice and bring your own ideas into a cool project. Alongside the core training content, we prepare you for the role with hands-on, specialized training sessions.

 Vocational school takes place in Lichtenfels, while you gain practical experience directly in our teams.

 Become part of our team of more than 125 passionate specialists in consulting, graphics & design, development, and online marketing. You can join our team from our office in Kulmbach or work 100% remote.
