A current resume is absolutely enough to start with. We’d rather see what makes you stand out - for example through work samples, projects, or a short text about yourself. First-name basis or formal address - how does it work at dc? Very clearly: first-name basis. At dc, we’re on a first-name basis from the very first contact. So feel free to keep it casual when you reach out. What does your application process look like? First, we get to know each other in a relaxed digital intro. In a Teams meeting with HR and someone from the department, we see whether we’re a good match professionally and personally. If it feels right, the next step is another intro - usually in person at our office in Kulmbach. What can I expect from the in-person meeting on site? An honest look behind the scenes instead of classic application theater. We get to know each other better, introduce you to more teammates, and take a look around the office together. You’ll also get a small hands-on task from our everyday work. After that, we’ll talk about career paths and our transparent salary model. How long does the in-person meeting take? Please plan for around 2 hours. That gives us enough time for a relaxed conversation - without any stress. Is there a dress code for the interview? Come as you feel comfortable! What matters most to you in interviews? We want to find out what excites you, drives you, and motivates you.
